Google is making a play for the enterprise with its cloud-based business apps, but the search giant also offers nearly 1,400 third-party enterprise applications in its Google Apps Marketplace.

There are 350 productivity apps alone in the online store, many that fully integrate with Google Apps. In addition to productivity, categories include accounting and finance, admin tools, calendar and scheduling, customer management, document management, project management, sales and marketing, security and compliance, workflow and EDU.

The Apps Marketplace also offers professional services for enterprises, including archiving and discovery implementation, custom apps development, Google analytics, business implementations, support and managed services, and training and change management.

But the apps are the centerpiece of the store, so I thought it'd be interesting to take a look at the highest-rated software based on user reviews. I'm only including apps that have more than a handful of reviews. Kudos and knocks are taken from review comments.
